This band, formed by singer-songwriter Thijs Kuijken from Utrecht (The Netherlands) mixes folk with percussion, vocals with mumbling and strings with organs. Alexander McQueen was a controversial designer. Whether you like his creations or not, is a matter of taste. McQueen certainly was the most influential designer of the decade. Last year he committed suicide. The book Savage Beauty just came out and the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York is exhibiting all his work. This shows that despite his death, the popularity of McQueen has only increased. How tasteful it is, is completely up to you.
